This Christmas holidays if you’ve got friends visiting and want to impress, or if you just don’t want to do the dishes, check out these great restaurants open to serve you.

Club Services Ipswich
Club Services Ipswich will be open all through the holidays except Christmas Day, seven days a week. And kids eat free during the holidays through their new member app.
On Christmas Eve there will be all-day dining from 11.30am – 8.30pm, live entertainment at lunch and dinner and the club will be open until midnight.
CSI also have a festive cocktail available for the season called Greedy Grinch! After Christmas lookout for their new Banarama cocktail, available from Boxing Day until New Year’s Eve.
Brothers Leagues Club
Brothers Leagues Club will be open the entire Christmas period except Christmas Day and there are no public holiday surcharges. The club boasts a restaurant and a cafe, a soon to open state of the art kids play room, as well as three bars on site and they have gelato! Plus kids eat for free at lunch and dinner on Mondays with a full priced adult main meal! The club closes at midnight on Christmas Eve.
Ellen & Rod
Ellen & Rod cafe will be open all through the holidays except for Christmas Day. From Boxing Day until 3 January they will open from 7am to 12pm with their full breakfast menu on offer and return to normal hours on Saturday 4 January.
General Public
General Public will be open all through the holidays except for Christmas Day and Boxing Day! There will also be delicious cocktails specials like The Grinch’s Merry Colada and The Grinchy Twist to taste!
Elderflower Cafe
Elderflower Cafe will be closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day, but open the rest of the holidays from 7am!
Mihi Tavern
The Mihi Tavern is open the entire holidays including Christmas Day! They will be serving up a delicious buffet lunch on the big day too – bookings are essential.
Ipswich Jets
Open the entire holidays except Christmas Day, Ipswich Jets is the place to be for heritage charm and great food.
Indian Mehfil
You can enjoy delicious Indian food at Indian Mehfil for lunch and dinner all through the Christmas period, except for Christmas Day.
Stony Creek Brewing
You’ll have to get in before Christmas to get a taste of locally brewed craft beer and exceptional food from Stony Creek Brewing these holidays. They will be open up until 22 December, and then closed until 3 January, when they will re-open for normal trade.
Summer Land Camels Cafe
The Summer Land Camels Cafe will be open all through the holidays with the exception of Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day!
PA Hotel
The Prince Alfred Hotel specialises in fresh delicious seafood. They will be open all holidays except Christmas Day.
Fourthchild Cafe
Specialty Campos coffee, epic breakfasts and delicious lunches and dinners will be available at Fourthchild every day during the holidays except for 26 December.
They’re also opening Christmas Day from 11am-2pm with a festive lunch booking available. A special menu will be available for New Years Eve also!
Homage
Looking for a unique countryside experience with exceptional food then head to Homage! They are open for dining during the holidays (Tuesday December 24 through to Tuesday December 31), however Christmas Day bookings are already full. Limited seats remain for Christmas Eve dinner (bookings essential) and bookings are being taken for Boxing Day breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Homage will also be open on New Year’s Eve breakfast, lunch and dinner but bookings must be made in advance.
The Barn will open from 11.30am to 2pm for food and at 4pm for drinks on Saturday December 28 and Sunday December 29.
