Ipswich City Council once again brings you the St Nicholas Precinct.
Expect amazing photo worthy moments again with this beautiful display in the redeveloped Ipswich mall.
St Nicholas Precinct will run from December 12 to 21 from 6.30pm-9.30pm (except on Monday 15 December when a low sensory evening will be held from 6pm-9pm) and is free to enter. Plus you don’t need to book a ticket!
Gather your family and friends to experience the lights, live entertainment and festive food.
Christmas themed escape room

Seraphim Escape Rooms have a great holiday activity, a Christmas themed escape that the young and old can enjoy.
Perfect for small groups or families wanting something different to do in the lead up to or after Christmas!
Note: this is the last chance to visit Seraphim Escape rooms as they will be closing on 24 December.

See the best Christmas lights

Every year houses and businesses in Ipswich enter the annual Christmas lights competition and every year there’s some amazing entries. Voting for people’s choice begins on December 1 and winners will be announced after voting ends on December 9.
Festive flavoured ice ceam

UB’s Milk Bar will transform their restaurant with Christmas decorations and will once again be offering festive flavours.
Get a candy cane flavoured ice cream during December and while you’re there try out the delicious burgers.
Santa and Sirens

Meet Santa and see some amazing emergency service vehicles, uniting the magic of Christmas with real-life heroes in this new event.
Santa and Sirens will be held on Thursday November 27, from 5pm-7pm in the Nicholas Street Precinct.
On the same night the official lighting of the city’s Christmas Tree will be held in d’Arcy Doyle Place from 6.45pm.
