If you’ve been missing heading out to the markets, you’re in luck as markets are back in Ipswich with everything from produce to arts and craft and handmade artisan items.

Ipswich Showplace Markets

Ipswich Showplace Markets

The new Ipswich Showplace Markets have returned every Sunday to the Ipswich Showgrounds with an artisan feel.  There is now a focus on craft, food and produce with great kids’ entertainment.

The markets are still a gold coin entry and dog friendly with specialist doggy treats and accessories available.

A mobile dog groomer is usually available too to treat your furry friends.

If you’ve been missing your show fix, there’s show bags and fairy floss on offer.  And for the kids there’s usually a bouncy castle!

Head down for brunch with O’Crumbs food truck operating offering epic burgers and loaded fries, J’s Latin doing Latin BBQ Fusion, coffee, iced tea and freshly made donuts – as well as a few other foodie stalls.

There will also be Body Shop beauty and skin care available and local art and craft as well as handmade children’s clothing, resin earrings, fresh fruit and veg and plants.

Quality second hand items now have a home in a pre-loved corner at the back of the market which is located at 81 Warwick Rd, Ipswich.  Open Sundays 6am-11am.

Springfield Markets

The Springfield Markets have changed up their days, now they’re being held at Robelle Domain on the first Sunday of every month from 8am-1pm and at Orion Springfield Central’s Main St, on the third Sunday of the month from 9am-4pm.

On offer is collectable items, great food, music, gems and jewellery, plants, art and photography and much more!

The markets are also dog friendly.

Ripley Markets

The monthly Ripley markets are back on the second Saturday of the month running 3pm-8pm at Providence, Ripley Valley.

There will be food trucks, live music, entertainment, arts, craft, plants and home wares and more at the dog friendly event.

Walloon Markets

The dog friendly Walloon Markets are run on the first Sunday of the month from 8am-11am at Walloon Pub on Haiglsea-Amberley Rd, Walloon.   On offer is local produce, locally made fudge, plants, locally made skin care, handmade kids clothing, local honey, and baked treats.

Riverlink Market Zone

Riverlink Market Zone

Offering a unique selection of crafts, stalls and live music plus being right outside the Riverlink Shopping Centre, the Riverlink Market Zone is a shoppers paradise!

The run the second Sunday of every month from 8.30am-3pm in the East Mall, near the Reject Shop, along the river and in the Gasometer.

And shops are open at Riverlink from 9am on Saturdays!

Handmade Markets

Handmade Markets

The Handmade Markets are now running at Tulmur Place in the new Nicholas St precinct in Ipswich’s main street.

Here you can find everything handmade from jams to clothes, homewares and much more!

At the moment the markets are running the second Saturday of the month from 9am-1pm from March to November, check their Facebook for updates.

Ipswich Twilight Markets

The Ipswich Twilight Markets are held on the first Friday of each month in Tulmur Place from 3pm-8pm.

Take the kids in the afternoon for some fun in the Tulmur Place zero depth water play area, and wander the stalls offering artisan wares, plants, fashion and everything in between.

Order dinner at one of the tasty food trucks or walk to the nearby Top of Town precinct to find a restaurant.

Rosewood Anglican Church markets

The Rosewood Anglican Church markets are held on the third Sunday of the month from 7am-12pm at 72 John St, Rosewood.
