Coffee Guru Brookwater has fast become a destination venue that prides its self on great food and service.

Owner Greg Slack, a chef who previously had a catering company, wrote the menus and bakes everything in the loaded cabinet. Only the croissants and novelty iced cookies are brought in. Greg runs the cafe with his wife Vickey and together they have created a welcoming vibe.

Smoky BBQ Brisket Pies have been a lunchtime hit, as well as a breakfast bruschetta with poached eggs and bacon. There are plenty of gluten-friendly options – even the French Toast can be ordered gluten-friendly.

Or go for a Guru Bowl, perhaps their Super Food Salad with the option of adding poached eggs, grilled marinated chicken or smoked salmon.
