Flavours of Ipswich is Good to Go!

Four words you need to know about The Boulevard at Brookwater’s menu for Flavours of Ipswich: Fourteen. Hour. Smoked. Brisket.

You can opt for two courses for $25 or three for $35 with that Tuscan beef brisket (gluten free and dairy free) as the absolute show-stopper main course.

It’s the creation of head chef Zoe Cussen who has teamed the brisket with a pumpkin puree, green beans, sweet potato crisps and a red wine jus made from scratch in-house. A brilliant dish as we ease into cooler autumn days.

The restaurant moved from its former location at Springfield Lakes to Brookwater Golf Course in January 2021.

The venue has floor to ceiling windows allowing views of the spectacular eighteenth green of a course consistently voted Queensland’s best.

Boulevard Restaurant is a popular spot for corporate events and weddings but the restaurant is also open daily for breakfast (cooked breakfast on weekends) and lunch, and for dinner Friday and Saturday nights. Call in for an early morning Merlo coffee on the deck as the sun comes up and the wallabies bound off to make way for the day’s first golfers.

The Flavours of Ipswich menu includes an entrée of lightly toasted sourdough topped with maple-bacon, confit garlic and melted aged cheddar, and a dessert of a chocolate brownie with vanilla bean ice cream, pistachio crumb and a warm chocolate sauce.
