Meet the tour bus in Queens Park with free all day parking at Merle Finimore Ave (via Burley Griffin Drive, Ipswich). Our guides will meet you iin front of Nerima Gardens (main gates). Here, you will depart on an air-conditioned coach to experience a wonderful day of heritage.
Start the tour with a delicious Devonshire Tea on the veranda of the Ipswich Visitor Information Centre overlooking the HMAS memorial and Queens Park gardens. You will then head off aboard the bus to take in the Heritage City’s iconic buildings and past heritage listed homes with our very knowledgeable tour guide. Discover streets lined with cherished heritage homes, grand churches, historic pubs and stately civic buildings. Hear stories of a bygone era as your guide gives you a glimpse into the lives and legends of Ipswich’s early pioneers. Afterwards, sit back and relax with lunch at a favourite hot spot with scrumptious meals and a complimentary drink before heading onto the last part of the tour to discover more heritage sites and stories.

Patrons should be able to walk short distances at heritage stop points and be able to easily disembark the coach several times during the tour.
