Over the last few months, countless businesses have taken a hit as the coronavirus pandemic has swept the globe, so it is more important than ever to get out and do what we can supporting our local economy and families.

Located in The Old Flour Mill building in Ipswich’s Top of Town, Embers and Twine creates an inviting environment from the moment you step through the door.

With beautiful scented candles lining the walls, and potted plants scattered creativity throughout the store, you cannot help but feel at home.

Embers and Twine offer a unique range of products including scented candles, melts, room sprays, botanicals and bath salts. Open Tuesday to Saturday.

The Soul Cauldron

The Soul Cauldron

Curious about your spiritual side, or looking to nourish your mind, body and the metaphysical?

The Soul Cauldron, located right next to Embers and Twine in The Old Flour Mill, is a great little find when shopping the top of town. With a touch of magical ambience and the scent of incense in the air, you will find candles, crystals, jewellery and little steel cauldrons to purchase for yourself or as a gift for those spiritual at heart. Open Tuesday to Saturday.

Oh! JoJo Boutique

With an eclectic array of hard-to-find labels, Oh! JoJo Boutique is the perfect location to “pop in for look,” but be warned, you might not leave empty handed. Owner Jo likes to keep the stock fresh and on-trend, so whether you are looking for something for a special event or just checking out the latest on-season trends, be sure to head to Oh! JoJo Boutique for a look. Open Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings.

Located in the beautiful historic building known as Goleby House, Arttime Supplies has been a well known establishment in the area for many years. Arttime Supplies is not only for those looking for art materials or supplies, but also offers a vast collection of textiles, ceramics, jewellery and homewares that have been exquisitely handmade by local artisans. If you are looking for a unique gift, be sure to pop in for a look as you might be surprised with what you will discover. Open Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings.

Her House of Resin + Co 

Her House of Resin

The newest kid on the block is Her House of Resin + Co, located across the road from the new Silkstone Village. What started originally as a passion for creating unique resin boards, has grown into a collection of local artisans showcasing their up-cycled furniture, macrame wall hangings, herbal skincare, plants, baby goods and the collection is still growing. Open Wednesday to Friday and Saturday mornings.  Art classes are held on Tuesday and Sunday.

The Soul Nook Collective 

The Soul Nook Collective

Not sure if The Soul Nook Collective needs much of an introduction, well-known in the local area for its romantic helicopter picnic, luxury tent events, and creative workshops, all gorgeously styled and organised by owner Taryn.

The Soul Nook Collective now has a new home in The Old Church in Marburg, the perfect setting to showcase their collection of comfortable clothing for woman of all sizes, artisan gift wares from local makers, and now you can even grab a warm organic coffee while you browse. Open Wednesday to Saturday.
