Travel back in time and meet historical characters.  Take a delightful walking tour of Ipswich Cemetery to meet forefathers of yesteryear – who knows who will drop by.  Famous Ipswich names such as Benjamin Cribb, Col Charles George Gray and even  Dr von Lossberg will regale stories of Ipswich – the early years. You will be surprised at what they get up to when nigh is near… Afterwards, join them for a meet and greet over cuppa and cakes.

This brand new tour supports local artists and thespians and is an inaugural tour released under Galvanized, a festival of Heritage; happening across the Ipswich region during August and September.  Be sure to  book ahead, as numbers are strictly limited. This tour does not cater to young children, however, children up to 5 years old are free when accompanied by a carer  booked on the tour. Please select ‘infant’.  Guests should be aware that comfortable walking shoes must be worn, as the natural trail may traverse over uneven ground.  You are welcome to bring along your own torch, otherwise lamps will be available per group.  All equipment used will be cleaned in between sessions.
