This was such a wicked experience – getting into a basket suspended below a hot air balloon at the crack of dawn.
I’ll be completely honest with you I’m really scared of heights so I was a bit iffy at first, but there wasn’t one moment where I felt unsafe up in the air.
We were floating for a good hour and the serenity was unreal.

The 4am wake up was totally worth it to be able to witness the sunrise from the air as we floating over the land.
Experiences like this remind me how lucky I am to live in a country as beautiful as this.
