Spicers festival delivers a delicious summer
Summer feasting and relaxing as we’ve never seen it is about to unfold at Spicers Hidden Vale. A festival of events has been announced for three weeks in January.

December 2017: Bookings are open now for the Flavours of Summer which offers up moonlight movies, long lunches, a cheese and champagne masterclass. There is also Ink Gin cocktail class, twilight feasting in the barn, a market day, cooking classes and an Australia Day BBQ challenge.

Spicers Hidden Vale general manager Andrea Martin said the events, for in-house and day visitors, would further showcase Homage restaurant’s award-winning ways with local produce.
“Our in-house guests will enjoy complimentary access to the festival activities, and from Friday to Sunday we’ll open these up as ticketed events,” Ms Martin said.
“Ticketed visitors will enjoy three-course dining at our chef-hatted restaurant, Homage, as well as free reign of the festival for just $95 per person. Serving as a fun way to spend a weekend over school holidays, or to celebrate Australia Day.

Spicers Hidden Vale is a 50-minute drive from Brisbane and Toowoomba. For details on the Flavours of Summer Gourmet Festival at Spicers Hidden Vale, visit www.flavoursofsummer.com
