Build a car and race it at Ipswich Art Gallery

Lego lovers can get engrossed in their creations and race them too at Ipswich Art Gallery’s latest attraction. Built for Speed will continue until February 18 on the lower level of the gallery and already kids – and young-at-heart parents – are rising to challenge of building a car then racing it over purpose-built tracks and jumps.

In one area they can build the tracks too. In another they can put a vehicle on a conveyor belt and watch it on the big screen as it is carted to the top of a ramp before being released for its speedy descent.

It’s a fun event for lovers of cars, Lego and speedy action, recommended for ages 4 to 12!
