Tulmur Place‚ Ipswich

On the First Friday of every month at Tulmur Place in the new Nicholas St Precinct, the Ipswich Twilight Markets are drawing crowds to the heart of Ipswich Central.

The markets, which are held near the new Ipswich Library and Children’s Library, include curated stalls, a licenced bar and live music as well as plenty of off-street parking.

Take the kids in the afternoon for some fun in the Tulmur place zero depth water play area or grassed lawn, grab an iced tea and wander the stalls offering artisan wares, plants, fashion and everything in between.

Order dinner at one of the tasty food trucks or walk down past the fairy light-wrapped trees to the heritage Top of Town precinct and one of the nearby restaurants including award-winning venues offering everything from Indian, Italian, German and modern Australian cuisine.

The Ipswich Twilight Markets belong to the same stable of businesses as the Springfield Markets on the first Sunday morning of every month, the Ripley Markets on the second Saturday of every month and the Orion Markets on the third Saturday of every month.
