A one-off brewtiful craft beer is being brewed right now for this year’s SPARK Ipswich festival. The beer by 4 Hearts Brewing will be on sale at the Pumpyard Bar and Brewery and selected licensed festival sites in July while SPARK is running (July 6-16).
This limited edition craft beer pays homage to a spirit of creativity and the people, places and culture celebrated as part of the SPARK Ipswich festival. Which sees the city taken over by music, comedy, arts, exhibitions, circus performances, projection, technology and discussions for 11 days.
4 Hearts Brewing master brewer Reece Richards said the special edition beer would be brewed with meticulously selected ingredients and features an artful combination of premium malts, hops and some other special adjuncts that will create a one-of-a-kind taste.
The brew is called the Ipswich Light and is a light lager with layers of intricate flavours that leave a lasting impression.
